Description

Quantum Montessori Learning Pods provide families with a personalized, in-person Montessori learning experience in a small, community-based setting. Students learn with a trained Montessori educator through focused work cycles, direct and small-group lessons, hands-on academics, projects, STEAM, Practical Life, cultural studies, creative work, movement, and meaningful collaboration.

Learning remains individualized within the group. Students may work at different levels, receive different lessons, and progress according to readiness, demonstrated understanding, interests, and individual learning needs rather than being expected to move through every subject at exactly the same pace.

Learning Pods are available in 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day schedules, with Part-Time and Full-Time options depending on location and availability.

Learning Pod Administration Fee

This listing is for the non-refundable Learning Pod Administration Fee for families joining an existing Quantum Montessori Learning Pod.

The Administration Fee is equal to one month of the applicable Learning Pod Family Investment for the schedule selected and is required at initial enrollment and annually thereafter.

Payment of the Administration Fee will:

Reserve your child’s place when space is available in the requested Learning Pod, or

Secure your child’s place on the waitlist when the requested Learning Pod, location, or schedule is not currently available.

The Administration Fee is separate from Family Investment and is not applied toward your child’s first, final, or other Family Investment payments.

Before/After Care is an optional add-on and is not used to determine the student’s primary Administration Fee.

Availability & Waitlist Placement

Learning Pod availability varies by location, schedule, student grouping, educator availability, host-site availability, and current enrollment.

If an appropriate space is available, your child’s place will be held while you complete the enrollment process.

If space is not currently available, your child will be placed on the appropriate Learning Pod waitlist.

Payment of the Administration Fee does not guarantee that your preferred Learning Pod, location, schedule, or start date is immediately available.

The Learning Pod Administration Fee is non-refundable, including when the student is placed on a waitlist.

What Happens After You Pay the Administration Fee

After your Administration Fee is received:

  1. Quantum Montessori reviews availability for your selected Learning Pod schedule and requested location.
  2. We confirm whether your child’s place is being held or your child has been placed on the appropriate waitlist.
  3. You receive the Learning Pod enrollment form and Family Enrollment Agreement.
  4. The Parent/Guardian completes the enrollment form and electronically signs the Enrollment Agreement.
  5. Quantum Montessori issues the applicable Family Investment invoice.
  6. Your family completes onboarding and receives Learning Pod-specific information before your child begins.

The enrollment documents, rather than payment of the Administration Fee alone, establish the applicable enrollment commitment.

Family Investment & Payment

Family Investment represents the family’s financial commitment for the applicable enrollment term.

Monthly payments are offered as a payment arrangement and do not create month-to-month enrollment.

Families selecting the monthly payment arrangement pay the applicable first and final month’s Family Investment at enrollment. The final-month payment is held and applied to the student’s final month of the applicable enrollment commitment.

Families selecting quarterly, semester, or annual payment arrangements do not make a separate final-month payment.

Monthly Family Investment payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 5th unless otherwise stated on the applicable invoice or in an approved written payment arrangement.

Families using ESA, scholarships, grants, vouchers, reimbursements, or other third-party funding remain responsible for ensuring Quantum Montessori receives full payment by the applicable due date.

Enrollment Commitment

Learning Pod enrollment carries an initial six-month commitment, followed by successive three-month renewal terms.

Monthly payments are a payment arrangement for the applicable enrollment commitment. Learning Pod enrollment is not a month-to-month service.

The complete Learning Pod Family Enrollment Agreement governs enrollment and will be provided for review and electronic signature as part of the enrollment process.

For programs governed by the standard Learning Pod Enrollment Agreement, written withdrawal notice must be submitted at least 30 days before the beginning of the next renewal term to prevent the next renewal. Timely withdrawal prevents the next renewal but does not shorten the family’s current active enrollment term.

What’s Included in the Learning Pod Experience

Quantum Montessori provides the educator or approved Montessori guide, instructional planning and curriculum, Montessori-guided academic instruction, focused work cycles, direct and small-group lessons, hands-on and project-based learning, STEAM and Practical Life experiences, opportunities for collaboration and peer learning, and learning portfolio development.

Students may also participate in cultural studies, Social-Emotional Learning, movement, creative work, enrichment, special projects, and other experiences appropriate to their Learning Pod and learning community.

Specific schedules, materials, meals, snacks, enrichment opportunities, field experiences, Before/After Care, and other included services may vary by Learning Pod location. Families receive pod-specific information during enrollment and onboarding.

Learning Pod Locations

Quantum Montessori Learning Pods may operate in approved host homes, community spaces, or other approved learning environments.

Want to Start a Learning Pod in Your Community?

If there is not currently a Quantum Montessori Learning Pod in your area and you have a group of families interested in creating one, please contact Quantum Montessori before submitting payment through this listing.

Quantum Montessori works with interested communities to evaluate the possibility of establishing a new Learning Pod. New pod development depends on factors including sufficient family interest, educator availability, an appropriate host or learning space, scheduling, applicable local requirements, and Quantum Montessori approval.

Do not purchase an existing Learning Pod Reservation/Waitlist option for the purpose of starting a new Learning Pod. Contact us first so we can discuss your community and the Start a Pod process.

Looking for an In-Home Educator?

Quantum Montessori also offers Part-Time and Full-Time In-Home Educator arrangements for families seeking a more individualized Montessori learning experience within an approved home environment.

In-Home Educator enrollment is handled separately from Learning Pod reservations and waitlists.

Please use the In-Home Educator listing rather than purchasing this Learning Pod Administration Fee.

Before Reserving Your Child’s Place

Please review the current Learning Pod Program Overview and Family Investment information before submitting the Administration Fee.

Families should understand the selected schedule, Family Investment, initial six-month enrollment commitment, Administration Fee, payment requirements, and Learning Pod model before beginning enrollment.

This product should only be purchased when your family is prepared to proceed with an existing Learning Pod reservation or waitlist placement.

If you are unsure which schedule is appropriate, have questions about availability, location, accommodations, or program requirements, or are interested in starting a new Learning Pod, please contact Quantum Montessori before submitting payment.

Who Is This Program For?

Learning Pods are designed for families seeking personalized Montessori education with consistent in-person learning; students who thrive in small-group, hands-on, experiential environments; families who value individualized academic progress rather than one-size-fits-all pacing; learners who benefit from meaningful peer relationships and close educator guidance; and families who want the flexibility of a smaller learning community without giving up structure, academic depth, or educational support.

A small learning community. Individualized Montessori education. Meaningful in-person learning.
