Homeschooling doesn’t have to mean doing everything yourself.
Quantum Montessori’s Full-Time Distance Learning Program is designed for homeschool families who want the flexibility and personalization of homeschooling with professional educators actively involved in their child’s education.
Students participate in scheduled live, small-group instruction with Montessori Guides throughout our Monday–Thursday academic week, supported by individualized work plans, independent learning, hands-on experiences, assessment, feedback, and ongoing academic guidance.
We don’t recreate traditional school on a screen.
Instead, students move between live instruction, independent work, Montessori practice, projects, reading, writing, research, practical life, and real-world learning with Guides helping determine what each learner needs next.

How Learning Works
LIVE INSTRUCTION
Students meet with their Montessori Guides throughout the week for direct instruction, presentations, discussion, guided practice, collaboration, feedback, and academic support.
Classes are intentionally kept small so students can be known as individual learners rather than simply another face on a screen.
INDIVIDUALIZED WORK PLANS
We don’t assume every child in the same grade needs exactly the same work.
Individualized work plans help organize what your child should be working on based on academic expectations, current progress, strengths, developing skills, and areas requiring additional practice.

INDEPENDENT LEARNING
Learning continues beyond live class.
Students complete meaningful independent work at home, which may include reading, writing, mathematics, research, Montessori practice, projects, experiments, digital resources, and practical life.
As students mature, we intentionally help them develop greater responsibility for managing their work and education.
Montessori + Academic Structure
Our approach is deeply rooted in Montessori principles while maintaining clear academic expectations.

Academic instruction is aligned with recognized educational standards while allowing Guides to respond to the learner rather than forcing every child through identical work at an identical pace.

Parent + Guide Partnership
Your Montessori Guides
Our Guides take an active instructional role. They teach lessons, guide student work, monitor progress, provide feedback, assess understanding, communicate with families, and adjust instruction as student needs develop.
Your Role at Home
Parents provide the home learning environment and help students maintain routines, attend live classes, access materials, and complete independent responsibilities.
The amount of hands-on parent involvement naturally depends on the child’s age and level of independence.
You are not expected to recreate a classroom or teach every lesson yourself.
That’s the difference between Full-Time Hybrid and our Independent Homeschool option.

Best for families who want the parent to remain the primary educator while Quantum Montessori provides individualized planning, resources, guidance, and support.
FULL-TIME HYBRID HOMESCHOOL
We teach together.
Best for families who want Montessori Guides actively teaching their child through live classes while also providing individualized planning, assessment, feedback, and ongoing academic support.
Designed for Real Family Life
Full-Time Hybrid provides structure without requiring children to spend an entire conventional school day online.
Live classes create consistency and community.
Independent work creates flexibility.

Montessori encourages independence.
And homeschooling leaves room for family life, travel, interests, appointments, activities, creativity, movement, and childhood.
Arizona ESA Families
Arizona ESA is accepted.
Eligible Arizona families may use Empowerment Scholarship Account funds toward qualifying Quantum Montessori educational services.
Families are responsible for following current ESA purchasing and reimbursement requirements applicable to their accounts.

Your family investment includes enrollment in the Full-Time Hybrid Program, including scheduled live instruction, individualized and independent coursework, learning resources, Learning Management System access, Montessori Guide support, academic monitoring, assessment and feedback, and participation in the Quantum Montessori learning community.
Full-Time Hybrid is a full-time program. Part-time enrollment is available separately through our Part-Time Hybrid Program.
Enrollment
We want the initial cost of joining the program to remain manageable for families.
A $750 non-refundable enrollment and academic setup fee is due when your student enrolls. This covers enrollment processing, student account and LMS setup, academic record creation, initial academic planning, and preparation for your student’s entry into the program.
Families may choose from the following payment options:
Monthly Payment Plan
The first month’s program investment is due before the student’s first day. Monthly payments are then due on the 1st of each month.
Multi-Month Payment Plans
Families who prefer to pay several months at a time may request an approved multi-month payment arrangement.
Enrollment requires an initial six-month commitment. After the initial commitment period, continued enrollment and withdrawal are governed by the current Enrollment Agreement.
Families using ESA funds, scholarships, grants, vouchers, or other third-party funding remain financially responsible for program charges regardless of funding delays, reimbursement decisions, denials, or changes in eligibility.
Weekly Time Commitment
Full-Time Hybrid is designed to provide the structure and academic depth of a complete educational program while preserving the flexibility of learning from home.
Students participate Monday–Thursday through a combination of:
- Live Guide-led instruction
- Montessori work cycles
- Independent coursework
- Reading and writing
- Projects and research
- Hands-on learning
- Practical life
- Small-group or individualized support
- Enrichment and elective work
- Assessment, reflection, and portfolio development
Families select a consistent 8-hour learning window that best fits their household:
7:00 AM–3:00 PM MST
8:00 AM–4:00 PM MST
9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
10:00 AM–6:00 PM MST
These are full learning windows, not eight continuous hours of online instruction. Students move between scheduled live classes, independent Montessori work cycles, projects, reading, research, hands-on learning, practical life, breaks, and other assigned coursework throughout the day.

Academic Records, Diploma & Accreditation
Quantum Montessori provides the academic direction for students enrolled in the Full-Time Hybrid Program, including curriculum, instruction, assessment, grading, progress monitoring, and student records.
Quantum Montessori Diploma
Quantum Montessori maintains its own high school graduation requirements and awards a Quantum Montessori school-issued diploma to eligible students who successfully complete those requirements.
High school students complete a structured academic program that includes required core coursework, electives, Montessori secondary experiences, assessments, portfolio development, and applicable graduation requirements.
Quantum Montessori is currently pursuing independent institutional accreditation. Accreditation is not currently represented as complete or guaranteed.
Accredited & Dual-Enrollment Pathways
Families seeking an accredited option may contact Quantum Montessori to discuss partner-program and dual-enrollment opportunities, where available and appropriate for the student.
These pathways are separate from Quantum Montessori’s independent accreditation process and may carry their own eligibility requirements, enrollment procedures, coursework requirements, schedules, and additional costs.
Participation in an accredited partner program does not mean Quantum Montessori itself is currently accredited.
College Coursework | Grades 11–12
Eligible and academically prepared 11th- and 12th-grade students may also explore college coursework and dual-enrollment opportunities as part of their individualized high school pathway.
Students interested in college-level study can work with us to determine how appropriate coursework may complement their Quantum Montessori graduation plan, future college goals, and postsecondary pathway.
College or dual-enrollment courses are subject to the requirements, admission standards, availability, tuition or fees, and policies of the participating college or partner institution.
