Quantum Montessori Learning Pods provide small, community-based groups in safe, structured settings led by trained Montessori educators. Students enjoy an authentic Montessori experience with in-person collaboration, hands-on guidance, and a rich, multi-sensory curriculum.

Our pods support the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—with academic lessons in language, math, science, social studies, and cultural studies, live-streamed enrichment, and interactive hands-on learning. Students also engage in STEAM, creative arts, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning to grow confidence, independence, and empathy.

Important: Families must contact Quantum Montessori before enrolling. Payment through this listing will hold your child’s spot in a pod or place them on the waitlist while we confirm availability and finalize pod details, or get the ball rolling to form a brand new pod just for you!

What’s Included in the Learning Pod Program

Schedules & Learning Cycles

  • Morning Academic Schedule (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Montessori-guided lessons, rotating group activities, independent learning, and lab rotations.

  • Lunch & Social Time (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM): Mindful, family-style meals encouraging independence and community.

  • Afternoon Enrichment (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM): STEAM, maker projects, book clubs, Socratic seminars, language immersion, creative expression, SEL activities.

  • Friday Student-Directed Learning: Passion projects, outdoor studies, yoga, mindfulness, and community sharing.

Meals & Nutrition

  • Breakfast: Available upon request for $6 per meal, which includes a fresh entrée, seasonal fruit, and a cold-pressed juice. Included for all students enrolled in before care.

  • Lunch: Provided daily at no additional cost to our full-time students  and crafted with balanced nutrition in mind. $10 per meal part-time students

  • Snacks: Offered throughout the day and include organic fruits, organic vegetables, fresh smoothies, and cold-pressed juices. Provided at no additional costs.

  • Dinner: Optional and available for $10 per meal, which includes a nourishing entrée, two seasonal sides, and a cold-pressed juice.

Learning Enrichments & Clubs (Online & In-Person Available)

Live enrichment classes are led by Quantum Montessori Guides and are available for $220 per month, which includes most materials. Self-paced enrichment clubs and courses are offered at $100 per month. Please note that some specialty courses (such as photography or guitar) may require an additional fee for materials. Note: A 20–30% individualized programming fee may be applied based on the unique needs of each pod or learner. This adjustment supports families who require special education services, individualized learning plans, or specialized resources to ensure every child receives the attention, materials, and guidance they deserve.

Tuition rates for high school students interested in earning college credit through ASU Dual Enrollment or Accelerate ASU courses are different from our regular programs. If your student is in high school and you’d like them to earn college credit while completing high school, please contact us to get started and receive detailed enrollment information.

Enrollment

To secure your child’s spot in a Quantum Montessori Learning Pod, please contact us at eduteam@qmontessori.com before completing payment. The payment submitted today will reserve your child’s place immediately or upon availability.

Once enrollment is confirmed:

  • Your waitlist or reservation fee will convert into a non-refundable administration fee, applied toward enrollment in the learning pod (due upon enrollment and annually).

  • The last month’s tuition is due at the time of enrollment and will be applied to your final month of tuition.

  • Ongoing monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month.

Commitment Period

  • Enrollment requires a minimum commitment of one semester (six months) for both part-time and full-time programs.

  • After the initial semester, enrollment continues in quarterly (three-month) commitments.

  • Commitments will automatically renew each quarter until a formal withdrawal is submitted.

After your spot is confirmed, our enrollment team will provide registration forms and detailed next steps to begin your child’s learning journey.

For families starting a new pod, we will guide you through the process of forming your pod upon payment of the “Start a Pod” administrative fee.
